01 A Love Like No Other

Chapter 1
Lesley's Tough First Day

Everyone on board the Starship Enterprise just got news that there is going to be a new arrival and her name is Lesley Morrison. Captain Jean-Luc Picard isn't to happy about another female aboard the Enterprise.
"Great another female aboard the Enterprise." Captain Picard said in a not so happy tone of voice.
A few minutes later Lesley was aboard the Enterprise. Commander William T. Riker was the first one to greet her when she beamed aboard.
"Welcome, I'm Commander William Riker." Commander Riker said.
"Thanks. I'm Lesley Morrison." Lesley said.
Riker took Lesley to go meet everyone who was waiting for her on the bridge. A half hour later they are now on the bridge. Captain Picard was sitting in his chair not happy that she is aboard yet alone on the bridge.
"Everyone this is Lesley Morrison." Commander Riker said.
Wesley comes in and accidentally trips over something falling onto her.
"Ensign! That is not appropriate behavior here!" Captain Picard yelled.
"I'm sorry Captain Picard, I didn't mean for that to happen and plus it was an accident." Wesley said.
When Lesley saw Wesley she couldn't believe her eyes she thought that he was so gorgeous and she instantly fell in love with him.
"Wesley now apologize to her for falling onto her." Commander Riker said.
Wesley turned to face Lesley to apologize and he instantly falls in love with her.
"I'm sorry that I fell onto to you. My name is Wesley Crusher." Wesley said.
"That's ok. I have an older sister and an older brother and we are always messing around with each other until our parents tell us to stop. My sister is now married and I haven't seen her for three years. By the way my name is Lesley Morrison." Lesley said.
After Lesley met everyone Captain Picard wasn't being too friendly to her. As she was walking back to her room Lt. Commander Data and Lt. Geordi LaForge walked over to her.
"Hi, Lesley." Geordi and Data said.
"Oh, hi, Geordi and Data." Lesley said in a not so happy tone of voice.
"What is wrong?" Data asked.
"I don't think that Captain Picard wants me here." Lesley answered.
"What makes you think that?" Geordi asked.
"Well ever since I got here he hasn't been nice to me and I think that he doesn't like the idea of another female aboard the Enterprise." Lesley answered.
"I noticed that he has not been friendly with you since you got here." Data said.
All of a sudden Lesley feels faint and fell to the ground.
"We have to get her to Sickbay." Geordi said.
So Data picked her up and he and Geordi took her to Sickbay.
"What happened to her?" Dr. Beverly Crusher asked.
"Well we were walking with her and then all of a sudden she fell to the ground." Data answered.
Data puts her on one of the beds and Dr. Crusher checked her out.
"This is very interesting." Dr. Crusher said.
"What is?" Geordi asked.
"Is she sick?" Data asked.
Well she isn't sick." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Then what is it?" Geordi asked.
"She's lovesick." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Lovesick?" Geordi and Data asked at the same time.
"Yes she is unhappy because she is in love with someone but is afraid to tell him." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Are you sure about that?" Geordi asked.
"Yes I'm sure." Dr. Crusher answered.
So Dr. Crusher woke her up.
"Where am I?" Lesley asked after she woke up and looked around.
"You're in Sickbay and I'm Dr. Beverly Crusher." Dr. Crusher answered.
"How did I get here?" Lesley asked.
"I carried you here when you fainted." Data answered.
"Lesley, Dr. Crusher found out why you fainted." Geordi said.
"Why did I faint?" Lesley asked.
"Well, Lesley, you fainted because you're lovesick." Dr. Crusher answered.
"I had a feeling that's what it was." Lesley replied.
"Are you in love with someone?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"Yes I am." Lesley answered.
"Who are you in love with?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"Wesley Crusher, but he doesn't know that I'm in love with him." Lesley answered.
"You're in love with my son?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"Your son?" Lesley asked.
"Yes Wesley is my son and you're in love with him." Dr. Crusher answered.
"I was wondering why your last name sounded familiar?" Lesley asked.
"I was wondering if you are ever going to tell him that you're in love with him?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"I will, but right now I'm afraid to tell him." Lesley answered.
Data and Geordi had to leave but Lesley stayed and talked with Dr. Crusher.
"Why are you afraid to tell him?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"I'm afraid that he doesn't feel the same way about me." Lesley answered.
All of a sudden Wesley walks in.
"Mom, I need to talk to you." Wesley said.
When Wesley got closer to his mom he noticed that Lesley was there.
"What are you doing here?" Wesley asked.
"I fainted earlier and your mom helped me feel better and now that I'm better I'm going to be leaving now." Lesley answered.
So Lesley left Sickbay and was standing right outside the door. She leaned up against the wall and slid down to the floor.
"He is so gorgeous. I wish that I could tell him that I'm in love with him and that will get rid of my lovesickness." Lesley said to herself.
~Meanwhile back in Sickbay~
"What is it that you wanted to talk to me about, son?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"Mom, I'm in love with someone and she doesn't know that I'm in love with her." Wesley answered.
"Who are you in love with?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"The new girl that was just in here, Lesley Morrison." Wesley answered.
"Are you going to tell her that you're in love with her, Wes?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"Yes I am, but right now I'm afraid to tell her because I'm afraid that she doesn't feel the same way about me." Wesley answered.
"You'd be surprise, my son." Dr. Crusher said under her breath.
Later that night Wesley was in his bed dreaming about Lesley. Lesley was in her bed dreaming about Wesley and becoming his girl.

Chapter 2
Lesley's Sister Comes for a Visit

Lesley is wandering around the Enterprise looking really upset. Commander Riker walks over to Lesley.
"What's with the long face?" Commander Riker asked.
"I miss my twin sister Sapphire." Lesley answered.
'When was the last time you saw her?" Commander Riker asked.
"The last time that I saw her was at her wedding 3 years ago." Lesley answered.
"Who did she marry?" Commander Riker asked.
"She married Evander Watts." Lesley answered.
All of a sudden someone comes up behind Lesley and covers her eyes.
"Guess who?" A voice asked.
"I'd know that voice anywhere." Lesley answered as she turns around to find her twin sister Sapphire behind her.
"Did you miss me sis?" Sapphire asked.
"Yeah I did." Lesley answered as she hugs her twin.
"I missed you too." Sapphire said.
"Are you going to introduce me to everyone?" Sapphire asked.
"That guy over there looking angry is Captain Jean-Luc Picard." Lesley answered.
Commander Riker smiles.
"I'm Commander William Riker." Commander Riker said.
"Who is that guy by the Captain?" Sapphire asked.
"That is Wesley Crusher and his mother is Dr. Beverly Crusher in Sickbay." Lesley answered.
Lt. Commander Data and Lt. Geordi LaForge walk over.
"I am Lt. Commander Data and this is Lt. Geordi LaForge." Data said.
Lesley looks around.
"Where's Evander?” Lesley asked.
"He left 3 months ago to visit his family. He was only supposed to stay for a month but he hasn't come back yet and I'm really starting to get worried about him which in my condition isn't good.” Sapphire answered.
"What condition are you talking about?" Lesley asked.
"I don't want to discuss it right here so let's go somewhere a little more private." Sapphire answered.
They walk somewhere more private.
"Are you going to tell me what you are talking about now?" Lesley asked.
"I only found this out the day when he was supposed to come back." Sapphire answered.
"Found out what sis?" Lesley asked.
"That I'm pregnant." Sapphire answered.
"Really you are?" Lesley asked.
"Yes really I am. I'm not sure I want to tell him when he does come back because whenever we talked about having children he always said he didn't want to have any." Sapphire answered.
"I'm sure that he won't be upset." Lesley said.
"Yeah I know. I'm just scared that he might leave me." Sapphire replied.
"I don't think you have to worry about that because I know that he loves you very much." Lesley said.
"How do you know sis?" Sapphire asked.
Lesley smiles.
"He asked you to marry him didn't he. He's always so happy when he's around you and he's always there to protect you. I've always noticed that he sometimes goes out of his way to do little things to make you smile." Lesley answered.
Sapphire smiles than puts her hand on her stomach.
"I really hope that your father comes back to me soon because everyday that we are apart I only miss him more." Sapphire said.
Lesley smiles and gives her sister a hug.
"He'll be back when you least except it." Lesley replied.
"You have to promise that you won't tell anyone on the Enterprise that I'm pregnant." Sapphire said.
Commander Riker comes over.
"What are you two talking about?" Commander Riker asked.
"That's between me and my sister." Lesley answered.
"Oh come. It's not good to keep secrets." Commander Riker said.
"I would tell but I don't want anyone else to know until I'm able to tell Evander." Sapphire replied.
"Oh please. I won't tell anyone." Commander Riker said.
Wesley walks over to them.
"If they don't want to tell you than they don't have to." Wesley replied.
Lesley looks at Wesley and smiles than starts blushing. Sapphire notices Lesley blushing. Sapphire takes Lesley out of earshot.
"Are you in love with Wesley?" Sapphire asked.
"Yes I am but I'm too scared too tell him." Lesley answered.
"Well you have to tell him soon because those feelings will eat you alive. Trust me I know because I was also scared to tell Evander how I felt about him but when I finally did it turned out that he felt the same way." Sapphire said.
Lesley hugs her sister.
"Ok I'll tell him soon when I'm ready." Lesley replied.
Sapphire smiles and hugs Lesley.

Chapter 3
Evander's Return

It's a few days later now. Sapphire is sitting by herself almost in tears. All of a sudden a single red rose appears in front of her. Sapphire's eyes widen in shock and she turns around to see Evander standing behind her. Sapphire's eyes fill with tears.
"Is it really you?" Sapphire asked.
"Yes it's really me." Evander answered.
Sapphire gets to her feet. Evander pulls Sapphire close and just lets her cry.
"What took you so long to come?" Sapphire asked through her tears.
"Something came up and I had to stay to help." Evander answered.
"Why didn't you get a hold of me somehow?" Sapphire asked.
"I did try my angel but I couldn't." Evander answered.
Sapphire sighs just as Lesley comes over.
"Hi Evander." Lesley said with a smile.
Evander smiles.
"How have you been doing?" Evander asked.
"I'm been doing just great except that Captain Picard doesn't want me here or my sister either." Lesley answered.
"I won't take it personally myself because that's just the way he is." Evander answered.
Captain Picard walks over to them.
"Well Evander Watts it's been awhile." Captain Picard said.
"Yes Captain it has." Evander replied.
"Do you know these two girls?" Captain Picard asked.
"Yes I do. Sapphire is my wife and Lesley is my sister-in-law." Evander answered.
"When did you get married?" Captain Picard asked.
"Three years ago today." Evander answered.
Sapphire sighs than walks off. Evander runs after Sapphire.
"Where are you going?" Evander asked.
"I don't want to talk about it." Sapphire answered.
"What do you mean? What's wrong my angel?" Evander asked.
Sapphire sighs.
"I already told you that I don't want to talk about it." Sapphire answered.
Evander pulls Sapphire into his arms.
"Sapphire, please tell me because as your husband I have a right to know what's wrong with you." Evander said.
Sapphire sighs again.
"I'm too scared that you'll be angry." Sapphire replied.
"Why would I be angry at you my love?" Evander asked.
"I just know you will because I'm pregnant." Sapphire answered.
Evander's grayish-hazel eyes widen in shock.
"You're what? Since when?" Evander asked.
Sapphire sighs.
"I know you heard me and I found out the day that you were supposed to come back." Sapphire answered.
Evander pulls Sapphire close and kisses her passionately. Sapphire sighs deeply. Evander tightens his grip on Sapphire a little. Sapphire looks up at Evander.
"Well you know that I never wanted children but those things happen and it's something we can't change." Evander said.
Sapphire smiles and hugs Evander. It's two months later now which means Sapphire is 5 months pregnant. Sapphire decides to go to Dr. Crusher to see how her baby is doing. Sapphire walks into Sickbay.
"Hi Sapphire." Dr. Crusher said.
"Hi Dr. Crusher. I came to see how my baby is doing." Sapphire replied.
Dr. Crusher checks out Sapphire.
"Well I'm happy to say that your babies are doing fine." Dr. Crusher said.
"Did you just say babies as in more than one?" Sapphire asked.
"Yes I did because you're having twins." Dr. Crusher answered.
Sapphire sighs deeply than goes to find Evander who is talking with Captain Picard and Commander Riker. Sapphire clears her throat. Evander turns around.
"What it is my love?" Evander asked.
"I need to talk to you in private." Sapphire answered.
Evander takes Sapphire out of earshot.
"What do you need to talk to me about my angel?" Evander asked.
"I got back from a check-up with Dr. Crusher and she told me that I'm going to have twins." Sapphire answered.
"Twins? Are you serious?" Evander asked.
"Yeah I am." Sapphire answered.
Evander has been secretly hiding that he is actually starting to like the idea of Sapphire having a baby. Evander picks up Sapphire in arms and spins her around in the air than sets her down. Evander pulls her close and kisses her passionately. Lesley sees them than goes over to them.
"What was that all about?" Lesley asked.
"I just found out from Dr. Crusher that I'm going to have twins." Sapphire answered.
Lesley smiles than hugs Sapphire.
"That's wonderful news sis." Lesley said.
Evander sighs.
"What's wrong?" Sapphire asked.
"I'm just worried about the love of my life." Evander answered.
Sapphire looks up into Evander's eyes.
"You don't have to be worried about me because I'm fine." Sapphire said.
"I can't help it because I love you so much and I know it's not going to be easy for you to carry twins but I want you to know that no matter what I'm here for you." Evander replied.
"Yeah I am too sis." Lesley said as she hugs Sapphire again.
"I'm so glad that I have the two of you to help me through this and you both are the best." Sapphire said.
Sapphire sighs than faints into Evander's arms.
"Should I take her to see Dr. Crusher?" Evander asked.
"Yeah I think that would be a good idea and I'm coming with you." Lesley answered.
Evander scoops up Sapphire in his arms and carries her to Sickbay. Lesley follows Evander. Dr. Crusher looks up when they walk in.
"What happen to Sapphire?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"I'm not sure because one minute she was talking to us and than the next minute she fainted into my arms." Evander answered.
Evander lays Sapphire on one of the tables there. Dr. Crusher checks out Sapphire.
"Is she ok?" Evander asked with concern in his voice.
"Yeah she is. She's just really weak and she will be like this for most of the pregnancy because carrying a set of twins isn't an easy task." Dr. Crusher answered.
Sapphire moans a little than opens her eyes.
"Evander." Sapphire said.
Evander walks over to Sapphire and takes her hand.
"I'm right here my love." Evander replied.
Sapphire smiles. Evander picks up Sapphire in his arms again than takes her to their room aboard the Enterprise and lays her on the bed.
"Why did you take me here?" Sapphire asked.
"You need your rest my angel." Evander answered.
"I'm not sleepy though." Sapphire said.
"You still need your sleep and so do our babies." Evander replied as he puts his hand on Sapphire's stomach.
Sapphire smiles than puts her hand on top of Evander's hand and looks deep into his eyes.
"I love you." Sapphire said.
Evander smiles.
"I love you too my angel." Evander replied.
All of a sudden one of the babies kicks and Sapphire smiles.
"Did you feel that?" Sapphire asked.
"Yeah I did my love." Evander answered.
Sapphire takes her hand off Evander's than rolls over in the bed. Evander lies down beside Sapphire and pulls her into his strong embrace. They fall asleep a few minutes later. Lesley is in her bed dreaming of being Wesley's girl.

Chapter 4
Hidden Feelings Revealed

It's been a week since Lesley's sister found out that she was having twins. Lesley goes into Sickbay to talk to Beverly Crusher about how to tell Wesley that she's in love with him.
"Dr. Crusher, can I talk to you for a moment alone?" Lesley asked.
"Yes, of course, and please call me Beverly." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Thanks, Beverly." Lesley replied.
"So what is it that you want to talk to me about?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"I was thinking about telling your son my feelings for him, but I'm not sure how to do it." Lesley answered.
"I think that's a great idea that you are finally going to tell him your feelings." Dr. Crusher replied.
"I had a feeling that you'll say that. Also I don't know where I want to be with him to tell him.” Lesley told Beverly.
"How about you take him to Ten Forward?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"That's a great idea, thanks, Beverly." Lesley answered.
As soon as Lesley left Sickbay Wesley was walking into Sickbay and they both bumped into each other.
"Oh I'm sorry about that." Lesley said bumping into Wesley.
"Oh, Lesley, I'm sorry I wasn't watching where I was going." Wesley said.
"That's ok, Wesley. I also wasn't watching where I was going either." Lesley said.
Wesley's mom, Beverly saw the whole thing and all that she could do was smile.
"Wesley, I have something that I want to tell you, but not here." Lesley said.
"I have something that I want to tell you, too, Lesley." Wesley said.
"Where do you want to go and talk?" Lesley asked.
"I was thinking Ten Forward." Wesley answered.
"That's where I was thinking about going to talk with you." Lesley asked.
Now Lesley and Wesley are in a dark corner in Ten Forward.
"So what do you want to talk to me about?" Wesley asked.
"Well, Wesley since my first day here when I met you I (gulped) fell in love with you." Lesley answered.
"You are? For sure?" Wesley asked.
"Yes I am. I was just too afraid to tell you how I felt about you for these past 2 months." Lesley answered.
"Lesley, I'm in love with you too and I have also been afraid to tell you how I felt about you." Wesley answered.
"Why were you afraid to tell me?" Lesley asked.
"Well, I wasn't sure if you felt the same way about me." Wesley answered.
"That's why I was afraid to tell you how I felt about you." Lesley replied.
At that very moment Wesley's mom walked into Ten Forward and she spotted her son and Lesley talking.
"So what do you want me to do now?" Wesley asked.
"I want you to kiss me now." Lesley answered.
Wesley leaned over and gave Lesley a passionate kiss and Beverly was so happy to see her son and Lesley kissing. A few minutes later Wesley broke the kiss.
"WOW!!! You're a great kisser, Wes." Lesley said.
"Thanks, so are you, Les." Wesley said.
"You're welcome and thank you." Lesley said.
A few seconds later they looked over and noticed Beverly watching them and they waved for her to join them. Beverly walked over and sat down with him.
"Mom, as you made have noticed we finally told each other our feelings for each other." Wesley said.
"Yes I did noticed and I'm so happy for the both of you." Dr. Crusher said.
"Thanks." Wesley and Lesley said at the same time.
"You're welcome." Dr. Crusher said.
A few minutes later Wesley and Lesley were in Wesley’s quarters and he was singing a song to Lesley.
"Les, I want to sing you a song." Wesley said.
"That's great Wes. I would love to hear you sing." Lesley said.

Later that night Lesley was still in Wesley's quarters and they were sitting on Wesley's bed kissing each other passionately. A few minutes later they broke the kiss and then they fell asleep in each other's embrace because Lesley was too tired to go back to her quarters so she slept with Wesley in his quarters.

Chapter 5
Telling Everyone On The Enterprise

The next day Wesley and Lesley are in the turbo lift on their way to the bridge. Lesley isn't too sure if everyone will be happy for them that they are in love with each other.
"Les, what's wrong, my beautiful angel?" Wesley asked.
"Wes, I'm just a little nervous that's all." Lesley answered.
"Why are you nervous?" Wesley asked.
"What if not all of them are happy about us being in love with each other?" Lesley asked.
"Don't worry, my beautiful angel. I'm sure that they will be happy for us. I know that my mom is happy for us when she found out." Wesley answered.
"Yeah I know, but I'm still not sure if we should tell everyone." Lesley replied.
Wesley then pulled Lesley close and started kissing her passionately. A few minutes later Wesley broke the kiss and as soon as he did the doors of the turbo lift opened and they walked out and were now on the bridge.
"What brings you two here?" Commander Riker asked.
"Well, Lesley and I have something we want you all to know." Wesley answered.
"What is that, Ensign?" Captain Picard asked.
"Well, Captain, Lesley and I are in love with each other." Wesley answered.
"WHAT!?!" Everyone on the bridge asked in shock at the same time.
"You heard Wesley, we are in love with each other." Lesley answered.
"How long have you been in love with each other?" Deanna asked.
"Since we first met each other." Lesley answered.
"But we didn't tell each other that we were until yesterday." Wesley added.
"Does your mother know about the two of you, Wesley?" Commander Riker asked.
"Yes she was the first one to know, Commander." Wesley answered.
"She was the one that got us to tell each other our feelings for each other." Lesley added.
"Well we are all happy for the both of you." Commander Riker said.
"Yes we are." Deanna said.
"We are too." Data and Geordi said at the same time.
"Thanks, everyone." Wesley and Lesley said at the same time.
"What about you Captain?" Lesley asked.
"Well I have to admit that I'm also happy for the both of you." Captain Picard answered.
"Thanks, Captain." Wesley and Lesley replied at the same time.
"You're welcome." Everyone said at the same time.
A few minutes later Wesley and Lesley were in Wesley's quarters kissing each other passionately. A few minutes later they broke the kiss.
"You see my beautiful angel, you had nothing to worry about. They said that they are happy for us." Wesley said.
"You were right I didn't have anything to worry about at all." Lesley said as she cuddled into Wesley's embrace. At that very moment Wesley broke out into song and sang "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You" by Frankie Valli.

"Thanks, my beautiful angel." Wesley said.
Later that night Wesley and Lesley are still in Wesley's quarters sitting on Wesley's bed kissing passionately. Before they knew it they fell asleep in each other's embrace.

Chapter 6
Tragedy On An Away Mission

It's been a month since Lesley's sister found out she is having twins and now she is 6 months pregnant. Also it's been a month since Wesley and Lesley told each other their feelings for each other. The Away Team had to go down to the surface of the planet they were above to see what was down there.
"Where are you going, Captain?" Lesley asked.
"Well, Riker, Deanna, Data, Geordi, Wesley and I are going down to the surface of the planet to see what's down there." Captain Picard answered.
"May Lesley come with us, sir?" Wesley asked Captain Picard.
"If she wants to come than she can." Captain Picard answered.
"Of course I want to go because I want to be with Wesley." Lesley replied.
A few minutes later they were transported to the surface of the planet. Data wasn't getting any lifeforms on his sensor at first.
"Guys, we are not alone." Lesley said.
"What do you mean?" Deanna asked.
"I am not getting anything on my sensor." Data replied.
"Well guys the truth is I can sense things that no one else can not even a Betazoid, like you Deanna." Lesley said.
"How come you never told us about this, Lesley?" Geordi asked.
"That's simple Geordi, you never asked." Lesley answered.
"How come you are just now telling us about this?" Commander Riker asked.
"I had to keep it a secret until the perfect time to tell you and now is the right time." Lesley answered.
A few minutes later Lesley sensed the lifeforms coming up behind them.
"Captain, they are right behind us." Lesley said.
They are turned around and saw the lifeforms and what they saw weren't human. The lifeforms started attacking the Away Team and the Away Team started attacking back. This went on for awhile and then before they knew it the lifeforms got Lesley and she went down and was motionless.
"Captain, Lesley is down! We have to get her to Sickbay!" Wesley cried.
"Picard to Enterprise." Captain said as he press the combadge on his uniform.
"Worf, here, sir." Worf said.
"Mr. Worf, 7 to transport directly to Sickbay." Captain Picard said.
"May I ask why sir?" Worf asked.
"We had a little tragedy down here." Captain Picard answered.
"Transporter is ready sir." Worf replied.
"Beam us up, Mr. Worf." Captain Picard said.
"Aye, sir." Worf said.
Now the Away Team has been transported to Sickbay. Data picks up Lesley and carries her to where Beverly wants her. As Beverly is checking her everyone is waiting patiently to hear what Beverly has to say about Lesley's condition. A few minutes later Beverly was walking over to them.
"Mom how is she?" Wesley asked.
"Well, son I'm afraid that she won't be on her feet at any moment right now." Dr. Crusher answered.
"What do you mean, Doctor?" Data asked.
"Well she is comatose right now." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Is that bad mom?" Wesley asked.
"That means she is in a coma right now son." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Will she wake up from the coma soon, mom?" Wesley asked.
"Guys, can I talk with my son alone for awhile." Dr. Crusher said.
"Of course, Beverly." Captain Picard said.
Now Beverly is talking with Wesley as they are walking to where Lesley is at.
"Well, mom are you going to answer my question?" Wesley asked.
"Well yes and no." Dr. Crusher answered.
"What do you mean?" Wesley asked.
"Yes she will wake up from the coma and no it won't be soon." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Mom, what if she never wakes up. I don't want to lose her." Wesley said.
"You won't son." Dr. Crusher said.
"Are you sure?" Wesley asked.
"Yes I am." Dr. Crusher answered.
"How can I make sure that I don't lose her, mom?" Wesley asked.
"You can talk to her. Tell her everything that she is missing and keep her in the land of the living." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Are you sure that will work mom?" Wesley asked.
"Yes I'm sure, son." Dr. Crusher answered.
~Meanwhile on the bridge~
"Captain, I'm worried about Lesley." Commander Riker said.
"I am too Number One." Captain Picard said.
"We all are, Captain." Deanna said.
"I think the one who is more worried than any of us is Wesley." Geordi said.
"You're right he is." Commander Riker said.
"I am also worried about her." Data said.
~Meanwhile back in Sickbay~
Sapphire just walked in because she got word from Beverly that her sister Lesley is in a coma.
"Dr. Crusher, how is my sister?" Sapphire asked.
"She's fine but she's in a coma right now." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Can you take me to her?" Sapphire asked.
Beverly nodded her head and took Sapphire to see Lesley and she saw that Wesley was there with her.
"Hi, Wesley. I just heard that my sister is in a coma." Sapphire said.
"Oh, hi, Sapphire." Wesley said in a not so happy voice.
"You're worried about her aren't you Wesley?" Sapphire asked.
"Yes I am. I don't want to lose her." Wesley answered.
"What should we do?" Sapphire asked.
"My mom told me that we should talk to her and remind her of all the things she's missing and to keep her in the land of the living." Wesley answered.
"That's a good idea." Sapphire replied.
Wesley and Sapphire were talking to Lesley and telling her what she is missing. After awhile Sapphire left so that Wesley can be alone with Lesley. Now Wesley is alone with Lesley.
"Les, I hope you can hear me and if you can just know that I will always love you no matter what happens. I don't want to lose you. When my mom told me that you were in a coma I got really worried that I was going to lose you. Please don't leave me my beautiful angel. I can't live without you. Les, I'm going to sing you a song called "Without You" by Mariah Carey." Wesley said.
Now Wesley is singing "Without You" by Mariah Carey. At that very moment Beverly, Geordi, Picard, Riker, Deanna, Data, Worf and Sapphire are walking into Sickbay where Wesley was with Lesley and they heard him singing.

It's been 5 days and Lesley is still in a coma. Wesley is getting even more worried now.
"Mom, what am I going to do?" Wesley asked.
"Well son, you just have to keep talking to her until she awakes." Dr. Crusher answered.
"What if she never wakes up?" Wesley asked.
"She will son, she will. Trust me." Dr. Crusher answered.
Just then Captain Picard and Commander Riker walked over.
"Has she waking up yet, Doctor?" Captain Picard asked.
"No she hasn't." Dr. Crusher answered.
Wesley was almost in tears because he thinks that she'll never wake up.
"What's wrong, Wesley?" Commander Riker asked.
"I'm afraid that she might not wake up and I don't want to lose her, Commander." Wesley answered through his tears.
"Did you try kissing her for the past few days?" Commander Riker asked.
"No I haven't thought of doing that." Wesley answered.
"Why don't you try it and see?" Dr. Crusher asked.
So Wesley leaned over Lesley and gave her a passionate kiss which was more passionate than all his other kisses he gave her. A few minutes later he broke the kiss. At first Wesley thought that didn't work, but then Lesley started moving her fingers on her left hand and then she slowly opened her eyes.
"Hello,…everyone." Lesley said weakly.
Beverly was checking her out to see if she is fine.
"Well, mom how is she?" Wesley asked.
"She's doing just fine. In a few hours you can help her back to her quarters, son." Dr. Crusher answered.
"Mom is it ok if she moved in to my quarters so that I can always keep my eye on her just in case something happens to her?" Wesley asked.
"It's ok with me as long as it's ok with Lesley." Dr. Crusher answered.
Wesley looked at Lesley and she nodded her head yes. Wesley knew that she wanted to move in with him. A few hours pass and now Wesley is helping Lesley to his quarters and all of Lesley's stuff has been moved to Wesley's quarters. Beverly, Riker, Picard, Deanna, Data, Geordi and Worf were the ones that moved all of Lesley's stuff from her quarters to Wesley's quarters.
"How are you feeling, my beautiful angel?" Wesley asked.
"I feel a little better than I did a few hours ago." Lesley answered.
"I am so glad that I didn't lose you." Wesley replied.
"Why is that?" Lesley asked.
"Well when my mom told me that you were in a coma I was afraid that I was going to lose you and I would be lost if I lost you my beautiful angel." Wesley answered.
"Don't worry my gorgeous hunk you are never going to lose me." Lesley replied.
Later that night Wesley and Lesley were lying down on Wesley's bed kissing each other passionately and then before they knew it they started making love to each other and they stopped around midnight and then they fell asleep in each other's embrace.

Chapter 7
Sapphire and Evander Gets A Divorce

It's been a few days since the away mission where Lesley got hurt. Sapphire is in her quarters than goes to her twin sister and Wesley's quarters and knocked on the door.
"Come in." Lesley said.
The door opens and Sapphire walks in.
"What can I help you with sis?" Lesley asked.
"I need to talk to someone and you're the first person that I thought about." Sapphire answered.
"Why didn't you talk to Evander about it?" Lesley asked.
"I don't really feel like talking to him since it has to do with him." Sapphire answered.
Lesley and Sapphire goes over and sits down.
"What do you mean?" Lesley asked.
"He's been acting different lately and doesn't seem to be happy about me having twins anymore." Sapphire answered.
"What are you going to do about it?" Lesley asked.
"I'm going to get a divorce from him." Sapphire answered.
"What about your babies?" Lesley asked.
"They'll be just fine." Sapphire answered.
Lesley sighed.
"That maybe true but they do need a father you know." Lesley said.
"I know that sis but Evander doesn't seem the fatherly type and I don't love him anymore." Sapphire replied.
Lesley sighed again.
"Do you still have feelings for your best friend Gerard?" Lesley asked.
"Yes I do and I miss him so much." Sapphire answered.
Sapphire goes to her quarters to find Evander there.
"I'm leaving." Evander said.
"That's fine with me because things just aren't working out between us but we should get a divorce first." Sapphire replied.
Evander and Sapphire beam down to the nearest planet than get a divorce. Evander decides to stay there and Sapphire beamed back up the Enterprise alone. Sapphire goes to her quarters. A few hours later there's a knock on Sapphire's quarters door.
"Come in." Sapphire said
The door open and Sapphire found Gerard on the other side.
"Did you miss me?" Gerard asked.
"Yeah I did." Sapphire answered.
"I'm glad to hear you say that because I missed you too." Gerard said.
"What are you doing here?" Sapphire asked.
"Lesley got a hold of me and told me what had happen so I came here to make sure you're alright." Gerard answered.
"That's so sweet of to do." Sapphire said.
Gerard noticed Sapphire's stomach.
"Are you going to have a baby?" Gerard asked.
"No, I'm going to have twins." Sapphire answered.
"Is Evander their father?" Gerard asked.
"Yeah he is." Sapphire answered.
"Are you sure about?" Gerard asked.
"Yes I am." Sapphire answered.
"What about the time we made love?" Gerard asked.
Sapphire looked at Raphael.
"Oh yeah I forgot about that and I'm not sure anymore." Sapphire answered.
"You should go to Sickbay to find out." Gerard said.
Sapphire sighed than went to sickbay. Beverly looked up from her work.
"Can I help you Sapphire?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"I want to find out the blood type of my twins." Sapphire answered.
"Why is that?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"I had an affair with my best friend Gerard when Evander was away a few months back and I'm not sure who the father really is." Sapphire answered.
"Won't Evander be mad?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"No he won't because him and I got a divorce earlier because I just don't love him anymore." Sapphire answered.
"Do you love your best friend Gerard?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"Yes I do with all my heart and I've always wanted to tell him but just never got up the courage because I'm scared about the friendship between us." Sapphire answered.
Gerard is standing right behind Sapphire and his mouth dropped open in shook.
"Do you seriously feel that way about me?" Gerard asked.
Sapphire turned around to find Gerard standing behind her.
"Yes I do but I didn't want you finding out this way." Sapphire answered.
Gerard walked up to Sapphire and hugged her.
"Sapphire, you have nothing to fear because no matter what I'll be here for you and you mean more to me than anything in the whole entire universe." Gerard said.
Beverly checked the blood type of Sapphire's twins.
"The blood type of your twins is OB Negative." Dr. Crusher replied.
Sapphire looked at Gerard.
"That's your blood type right?" Sapphire asked.
"Yeah it is." Gerard answered.
"This is so amazing." Sapphire said.
Gerard and Sapphire started walking through the ship hand in hand. Lesley is with Wesley and sees them. Lesley walked over to them holding on to Wesley's hand.
"What's going on here?" Lesley asked.
"Evander isn't the father of my twins." Sapphire answered.
"Who is than?" Wesley asked.
"I am." Gerard answered.
"Who are you?" Wesley asked.
"He's my best friend Gerard." Sapphire answered.
"Hi, I'm Lesley's boyfriend Wesley Crusher." Wesley said.
"That's the doctor's last name." Gerard replied.
"Yeah I know she's my mother." Wesley said.
"Where's your father?" Gerard asked.
"He died when I was younger and he was really good friends with Captain Picard." Wesley answered.
"Oh I see." Gerard said.
Sapphire took Gerard's hand and goes back to her quarters. Gerard looked around.
"What are you looking at?" Sapphire asked.
"I was just admiring your quarters and it really describes you so much." Gerard answered.
"Thanks for noticing that and Evander hated it." Sapphire said.
"Oh well that means his taste wasn't good than." Gerard replied.
Sapphire went over to her bed and sat down on it. Gerard joined her on the bed. Sapphire smiled than started to sing "What Dreams Are Made Of" by Hilary Duff.

"Did you ever sing for Evander?" Gerard asked.

Gerard smiled than pulled Sapphire closer to him and started to kiss her. Sapphire gasped. A few minutes Gerard broke the kiss. A few hours later they fall asleep in each other's embrace. Wesley and Lesley are sleeping in each other's embrace too.

Chapter 8
Sapphire Gives Birth To Her Twins

It's a couple of months later now and very close to Sapphire's due date. Gerard has been waiting on Sapphire hand and foot which she totally loves. Gerard and Sapphire are just hanging out in their quarters. Sapphire looked at Gerard.
"I love you." Sapphire said.
Gerard is shocked for a few minutes than smiled.
"I love you too darling." Gerard replied.
"That's good to know." Sapphire said.
Gerard pulled Sapphire close to him. Sapphire smiled than whimpered in fear.
"What's wrong darling?" Gerard asked.
"I think you can figure that one out yourself." Sapphire answered.
Gerard noticed the bed is wet.
"No way." Gerard said.
"Yes way." Sapphire replied.
Gerard got to his feet and picked up Sapphire in his arms and carried her to sickbay. Beverly looked at them.
"What's wrong this time?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"Sapphire's water broke a few minutes ago." Gerard answered.
Gerard laid Sapphire down on the bed. A few hours later Sapphire gave birth to two adorable twin girls. Gerard smiled.
"Do you have names for them?" Dr. Crusher asked.
"The one on my right is Pandora and the other one is Phoebe." Sapphire answered.
Gerard smiled just as Lesley walked in with Wesley. Lesley walked to Sapphire and looked down at her twin nieces.
"Awe they're so adorable." Lesley said.
"Yeah I know." Sapphire replied.
Pandora yawned. Gerard laughed. Pandora started to cry. Gerard took Pandora out of Sapphire's arms and started to rock her. Pandora stopped crying and goes to sleep in her father's arms.
"Well it's easy see who she's favors." Lesley said.
Beverly smiled.
"What did you name them?" Wesley asked.
"The twin with Gerard is Pandora and the one with me is Phoebe." Sapphire answered.
"Those are such cute names sis." Lesley said.
"Yeah that's what I was thinking too." Sapphire replied.
A few days Sapphire leaves Sickbay with the twins and goes back her quarters with them. Gerard is sleeping. Sapphire smiled and put Pandora on the bed beside him. Gerard opened his eyes.
"Well hello Dora." Gerard said.
Sapphire stared at Gerard.
"What did you call her?" Sapphire asked.
"I called her Dora." Gerard answered.
"That's a cute nickname for her." Sapphire said.
Gerard smiled than got to his feet and picked up Pandora. Gerard put Pandora in her crib. Sapphire put Phoebe in the crib with Pandora. Gerard pulled Sapphire down on the bed and started to kiss. Sapphire pulled away.
"What did you do that?" Gerard asked.
"We can't be do that in front of the twins." Sapphire answered.
"Oh yeah sorry but I couldn't resist." Gerard said.
Pandora started to cry. Gerard got to his feet than took her out the crib and rocked her until she fell back to sleep. Gerard put Pandora back into the crib with her twin sister. Sapphire walked up behind Gerard and wrapped her arms around him.
"They look like precious little angels when they sleep." Sapphire said.
"Yeah they certainly do darling." Gerard replied.
Sapphire deeply and sat on the bed. Gerard sat down next to her. A few hours they are asleep in each other's embrace. Wesley and Lesley are asleep in each other's embrace.
