This is Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony:


Pinkie Pie is my favorite from My Little Pony. I was making another one that was going to be red, purple, blue and yellow but when I put the balloons on her it reminded me of Pinkie Pie so I decided to do Pinkie Pie instead. Though Pinkie Pie doesn't have braids I wanted my Pinkie Pie to have braids because I think the braids look really cute on her.
